A database range consists of the records selected for this purpose. Think of each row of the spreadsheet as a record whose fields are arranged in individual columns. Then you can sort or group the records by rows, look for key words, and calculate totals.</p>

<p class="Paragraph"><help:paragraphinfo state="U" number="83" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>In the data source browser, you edit dBase (or other data source) files directly and can perform SQL queries.</p>
